The works are from artist affiliated with either BMI or ASCAP. We have a license with BMI and are currently pursuing one with ASCAP.

What does this mean to you? Well it means that you should use these for "personal use only". If you cannot abide by this then DO NOT download the Midi Files Please.

This also means that you should consider buying the artist works, or making a donation to either BMI or ASCAP.
