Sound Bible specialized in free sound clips and royalty free sounds. No loops, no beats, no basslines, or instruments, just straight sounds.
The site seems to be a work in process however, so we'll have to wait and see, at the time this article was written they seem to have only a few hundred free sound clips. They seem to be adding sound almost daily so it seems they will have a good library of sounds soon enough.

The site seems to be lacking articles so maybe they should add a few on some sound recording, or similar. All in all worth a try, and a great concept.
