All about VirtualDubMod. VirtualDubMod is a unification of several popular modifications of the famous video editing software VirtualDub by Avery Lee. It started out as a unification of three projects, VirtualDubMPeg2, VirtualDubOGM and VirtualDubAVS. But since then a lot of new features have been introduced. Get the latest release and unpack it somewhere on your HD. Get the latest Dll pack and unpack it in the same directory. If you don't have all the VirtualDub Dlls (sylia.dll, vdrslink.dll, etc.) get them (either coming from the official VirtualDub, or go get the latest special Dll pack with those files from SourceForge). Alternatively we now offer an all inclusive pack which should have everything you need to run VirtualDubMod. If you want AviSynth syntax coloring you also need AviSynthLexer.lexer. If you want syntax coloring for commands from external plug-ins you currently need the special AviSynth dll from the project page. To make it work first get the official AviSynth 2.5.1 installer on the official AviSynth homepage and run it. This installer will copy the libjpeg.dll and libpng13.dll files (used by AviSynth 2.5.1) in Windows System directory. Then replace the AviSynth.dll that is in the system32 directory by with the one from our project page. Sound cool? Download VirtualDubMod.
