I'd very much like to know the author or/and title of the following piece of music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EC1aKST5HC0

That's a recording from TV, this is why the quality is so poor. The other day I heard it in a better quality as a background sound in a video on YouTube. I asked the user this same question: what is the title and/or author. The guy told me he had used music from this site and that's how I appeared here. I'd be grateful if someone could help me out.

Im curious as to what commercial it was on, what country, what was the commercial.

To me it sounds like something I would have titled as an orchestra. You can hear anything with that word in it here

if it had a beat with it i would have categorized it as a drum loop.
