Boo base from Fruity Loops can make some decent DnB Basslines.

There is a plugin called the Junglist, it's now called Hydra

The best altogether utility for making good dnb sounds in my oppinion is Properllerhead Reason.

I'm a retired jungle/dnb dj and can tell you from experience that Reason is where it's at
