I know absolutely nothing about this.
what are the prgrams i need to get started on a Mac?
Where do i get them?
How much are they gonna cost me?
help me please

I would suggest starting with Acid Express because you can use our loops in it, and also because its free.

If you like the software maybe upgrade to the pro version.

If you have some time to watch video tutorials then Fruity Loops
http://free-loops.com/download-fruity-loops-9.php

Would be a good alternative as well.
