I really need t find the copyright owner to the following vocal sample,

I want to use this in a CD release, but cant obviously until i have the proper permissions.... can anybody help me locate the right people?

Hope that helps you out. Its creative commons attribution non commercial, and that means you can't use it commercially, but maybe you can talk them into it, or pay them some money or something.
