Question about a free-loops drum loop

Great website and resource!

I have a question about a loop on free-loops.com.

It's a drum loop on page 53 called Disco Beat 90.wav and it was uploaded on 7.15.08

Am I able to use this loop in a jazz recording?

Do you know the composer/artist who created it that I could contact about using the loop?

This means you can use it for personal or non-profit use.

If you plan to sell the recording, then no.
