MIDI keyboard to downloads

Hi there I have just registerd with your site as a new member.

As I am aproaching retirement I am looking into home recording as a hobby.

And as with most people my age computing is somewhat challenging.

My question is I have just downloaded from this site the piano and rhodes modules. That bits gone fine.

When I open the file I get about 6 icons that I dont know what to do with.

Can any one out there please tell me how to get my midi keyboard to play the modules?
