Timohi "Babulia" Remix Contest

Hy guys
I'm making a remix contest for one of my bands. I started it on other web page but it's not limited only to that page, so here, a repost:

We are a band from Lithuania and we would like to organize a remix contest on one of our songs.
The song is "Babulia" (meaning old lady) from our upcoming album. The song can be listened and downloaded also from our Newgrounds profile, HERE.
As you can hear, it's a funny "Funky Charleston Metal Polka" which is just fine for our band, but we want to reach more audience and maybe get it played in clubs.So, we want a mix on a danceable side of the music, but we're open to whatever style you might do.

PRIZES
- 1st place 100Eur + 1 CD with us
- 2nd place 50Eur + 1 CD with us
- 3rd place 1 CD with us + goodies (guitar picks, guitar strings or plush toy)

RULES
- Deadline for submitting your remix is October 20, 2011.
- Your remix will not be defamatory or obscene.
- All remixes should give proper credit to the original authors. Remixes should include the band's name (Timohi), title of the song (Babulia) and the participant name (Ex: Timohi-Babulia-ParagonX9 Remix).
- Download the separate tracks to use in your remix*. Should be at least one element recognizable.
- Timohi band grant usage of the material for Newgrounds uploads. Purely non-commercial use of remixes is allowed(that include YouTube videos, Soundcloud, MySpace and Newgrounds uploads).
- Timohi band don't accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury or upset caused to or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or winning the prize.
- Timohi band will not take any responsibility for any entries which are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
- In order to receive the prize, winners should provide a valid PayPal address and a postal address (for receiving the CD).
- Timohi band will not take any responsibility for any prize misplaced if you provide a wrong PayPal address or wrong postal address.
- By downloading the remix a tracks constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these contest rules.

SUBMITTING TRACKS TO THE CONTEST
- Can be on this forum thread, can be on our DropBox on Soundcloud or can be on YouTube as answer to our videos.
- If you choose YouTube or Soundcloud (just thinking of people who don't have Newgrounds accounts or artists not yet approved), please PM us here with a link so we can update the list and put a link to this contest in the description.
- Also, for YouTube as a background and Soundcloud as a player image, use THIS IMAGE.
- Submissions to this contest should NOT use copyrighted materials, NO loops from commercial records, nu "unclear" samples. Beside the content provided by us, everything else MUST be made by you.
- Jury will be formed by band's members and maybe we can get some Newgrounds moderators as well.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
Song is 122 bpm, A minor with a modulation to Bb minor. All tracks provided are 16 bit wav, some mono, some stereo. We chose the 16 bit depth for being compatible with more programs (Mu.Lab free by example) and also for size reasons.

En premier lieu , permettez-moi de vous démontrer mon appréciation pour chacune des très pertinentes infos que j'ai trouvées sur cet beau forum.

Je ne suis pas convaincue d'être au meilleur endroit mais je n'en ai pas trouvé de meilleure .
