just going through some loops, and one in particular called grimey drum loop I'm interested in using. If it says Creative Commons Audio: No, does that mean it is right to use for commercial use?

hey all, found this site last week, it's great!
i've got the same thing, the tracks I'm interested in are both creative commons: no. Am I able to get in touch with the creator/artists who made these to see if I could sample these loops and credit/pay them? the artists are - qmix and the second one has no artist listed!? here's the details:

Well unfortunately i have know idea who the original artist is.
Its sounds like someone sampled it from an old record.

If you can change the loop in someway and make it original you can do with it whatever you please

If i where you i would download acid 6 demo and learn to do drum edits.

Basically cut and paste a few bits of the loop in such a way that they are unique, but still sounds good.

The end result may sound slightly processed, but should be safe to use.

If you plan yo use the sound non commercially you can use it for whatever you want with no worry regardless.

The loops are name accordingly, and we do not provide a list.

The loops contain a small description in all of them
