Share Alike means:
You allow others to distribute derivative works only under a license identical to the license that governs your work.
Public Domains items are items that have been either given to the public, are legally the publics, or they are so old that a copyright is no longer valid.
This means we don't know the license type of this work. We either created it, or added it before we started tagging the audio with license types. Use for personal or noncommercial purposes.
